How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Enginemeters Septic wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Enginemeters Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Enginemeters Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@enginemeters.skin and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do
What to Expect
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things for you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
